DJ Hewitt Show Home – Kirk Roberts finalists for the Innovate Awards for future-proofing.
GANZ (GLASS ASSOCIATION NEW ZEALAND) GLASS INDUSTRY AWARDS
DJ Hewitt Show Home – O’Neil Architecture and Glassforce were national finalist for designing with glass.

2009
The Wilson House won the gold award in the over $1m category and best overall bathroom, and was also awarded Gold Reserve which means it went on to the National awards.
2008
CANTERBURY HOUSE OF THE YEAR AWARDS – 3 AWARDS
At this years 2008 Canterbury House of the Year Awards we were awarded 1 Gold award and 2 Silver awards.
- Smith Home: Gold Award in over $1m Category
- Beirne Home: Silver Award in over $1m Category
- O’Neil Home: Silver Award in over $1m Category
The Smith Home won Gold at the 2008 Canterbury House of the Year.

NATIONAL HOUSE OF THE YEAR – 4 AWARDS
At the 2007 Registered Master Builders House of the Year Awards we were awarded 4 Gold awards for our 4 homes entered, a 100% Gold record!

- Hamilton Home: Gold Award in Category 7

- Woodham Home: Gold Award in Category 8
The Redwood Springs Home won Gold at the 2007 Registered Master Builders House of the Year.

2006
In 2006 we won 12 awards, notably the Chambers house, which won a total of six awards, including:
- Gold Award as category winner, New Homes $600,000 – $1 million
- National Gold Reserve.
The Ahn house in Bishopdale was a Gold Reserve National Finalist Award in the category New Homes $450,000 – $600,000.
The O’Neil Home won Gold at the 2006 Canterbury House of the Year.
The Cook Home won a Gold Award at the 2006 Canterbury House of the Year.
The Hargen Home won Silver at the 2006 Canterbury House of the Year.
