This striking modern farmhouse on Hills Road is a testament to craftsmanship, collaboration and creative problem-solving.  Designed in two distinct phases, the project reflects a deep trust between client and builder, with a shared commitment to detail and innovation. A rich palette of recycled materials—including LMA bridge beams and barnwood panelling — brings texture and character to both gables and interior living ceilings.

Working in close partnership with the client and design studio Detail by Davinia Sutton, the team transformed complex renovation challenges into opportunities for creative, wellcrafted solutions.

A standout feature is the custom-fabricated steel entry doors, which anchor the home with a bold, bespoke statement. Inside, symmetry, material harmony and precision detailing come together to deliver a home that is both contemporary and timeless.
